POST-INDUSTRIALISM, BIO-INFO TECHNOLOGIES AND CONTEMPORARY SOCIAL-SUBJECTIVE SITUATION (A READING OF FRANCO BIFO BERARDI´S WORK)

Abstract

This article makes a reading of the relationship between the contemporary technical and technological condition with its economic, political and cultural logics, and the development of psychic and psychopathological effects of subjectivity in late capitalism or post-fordism. This articulation is maked as from some concepts of the Italian philosopher Franco "Bifo" Berardi. The relationship is proposed with three aspects of his theorization on late capitalism: a) the development of digital and biotechnological technologies and their relationship with the psychic transformations of the subjects; b) the analysis of the psychopathological effects of “cognitive” capitalism; and c) the revision of the logic of what resists to contemporary technical and technological dynamics and which becomes an option contrary to the programmable and codified forms in society and subjectivity.
