DESAFÁOS Á‰TICOS QUE DEMANDA EL CONTEXTO SOCIOAMBIENTAL

Abstract

This article highlights the main ethical challenges demanded by the socio-environmental context at the local and international level. Thus, it begins with a study of the trends that influence the socio-environmental context and with the identification of the events that affect people's quality of life and the conservation of the environment. From this analysis, some ethical challenges that this context demands stand out: strengthening a culture of respect and protection of human rights, promoting ethics in organizations, exercising a participatory democracy, promoting environmental ethics, and achieving of the Sustainable Development Goals-ODS. In this way, these challenges are presented as references that can offer guidelines to act in favor of respect for the human being, social construction and care for the environment.
